1. How long will it take to get my order?
Because we care about the environment, Austral Origins works on an on-demand basis. Once you place an order, production takes 1–3 business days. Standard shipping across the United States typically takes an additional 5–10 business days. You will receive a tracking link as soon as your package leaves our facility.
2. Where are your products shipped from?
To guarantee the fastest possible delivery for our US customers, we partner with premium printing providers located directly within the United States. Your items are printed, packed, and shipped locally.
3. Can I change or cancel my order?
Since production starts almost immediately after your order is placed, we can only accommodate cancellations or changes within 4 hours of purchase. Please email us at australorigins@gmail.com as soon as possible if you need to modify your order.
4. What is your return policy?
We want you to love your apparel! We offer a 30-day return policy for items that are unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging. If your item arrives damaged or with a printing defect, please contact us immediately with a photo, and we will arrange a free replacement or refund.
5. How do I choose the right size?
All our product pages include a detailed size chart. Since our items are custom-printed just for you, we highly recommend checking the measurements before purchasing to ensure the perfect fit.
