Thank you for shopping at Austral Origins. Since all of our products are custom-printed and made-to-order specifically for you, we handle returns and refunds under strict guidelines to protect both our customers and our operations.

1. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items We offer a 100% replacement or refund guarantee if your item arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or if you receive the incorrect product. If this happens, please contact us at info@australorigins.com within 30 days of product delivery with clear photos of the issue and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.

2. Change of Mind and Size Exchanges Because each item is custom-made specifically for your order, we cannot accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges due to a change of mind, buyer's remorse, or ordering the incorrect size. Please make sure to review our sizing charts carefully before completing your purchase.

3. Lost Packages For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. We will investigate with the carrier and, if confirmed lost, we will cover the costs of shipping a replacement order to you.
