RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Austral Origins.

At Austral Origins, all products are custom-printed and made-to-order specifically for each customer. For this reason, our return and refund policy differs from that of traditional retail stores.

  1. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We stand behind the quality of our products. If your item arrives damaged, defective, contains a manufacturing error, or if you receive the wrong item, we will gladly provide a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.

To submit a claim, please contact us at support@australorigins.com within 30 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos showing the problem

Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, we will arrange a replacement or process your refund promptly.

  1. Returns, Exchanges, and Order Cancellations

Because all products are made specifically for your order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for:

  • Change of mind

  • Buyer's remorse

  • Incorrect size selected by the customer

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers that are outside our control

  • Personalized or custom-made products that match the order placed

We strongly encourage customers to review product descriptions, sizing charts, and shipping information carefully before completing their purchase.

  1. Lost Packages

If your package is confirmed lost in transit, please contact us no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

We will investigate the issue with the shipping carrier and, if the package is confirmed lost, we will provide either:

  • A replacement order; or

  • A full refund.

  1. Refused or Undeliverable Packages

Orders returned due to refusal of delivery, an incomplete address, or an incorrect address provided by the customer may be subject to additional shipping charges before reshipment can be arranged.
